Born in Barbados and had a childhood filled with reggae. As she started to sing, she turned into a professional singer. At the age of 16 the girl formed a small group of musicians. She also was able to meet music producer Evan Rodgers. He was amazed by her talents. He asked the girl to make the move from her home in New York in order to make a career of it as a singer which she gladly took up. Rihanna's debut album was shortly made available and Rihanna became a hit with the public soon. Rihanna's songs that were a little giddy were most popular among young people who pushed her into the world of film. Rihanna is now regarded as both a fashion and a teenage idol. Rihanna is also putting her fame for good and is active in a variety of charitable causes
